Well done to the Liss Runners team and Race Director Tom who annually put on this outstanding race around some of the most beautiful countryside in the south of England.

Great to see so many regular faces out there, It's a tricky course to find open light as so much of it is along the trails - but we managed to find a few spots around the course ! Mike even managed to get the South Downs in the background for some of the side on pans.
It's a quiet week next weekend (my first Sunday off all year!) as it is the peak of the school and summer holidays, but then it's back at it with the Pride 10k and the National Triathlon Championships in Bedford.
If you're planning something to do in a few months time I'd suggest the XTF off road triathlon - the largest in the country - or something quiet and local in Sussex in a few weeks time - The Holtye Common charity fun run on Thursday the 19th of August
