F3 events Mid Week Tri#2

 Wedensday night saw the second of the F3 Events evening triathlons, in partnership with Triathlete's World magazine.
Over 100 competitors lined up for a mid week blast and work out - with some getting ready for their next big ironman - see the Tri247 report here for more race report information and the race results on StuWeb.

It does seem that these races attract one or two big names each time - the last one was Johnathan Hotchkiss - one of the countries top Pros, so you perhaps ought to give one of these events a go if you can make it before the end of the summer.

Right, one more bit of work and 10 minutes to the second match of the Footy for England. Perhaps I should just carry on working ?
