Triss was capturing you as you headed over the top of St.Marthas Hill and then as you came back to it on the return loop. He decided it would be kinder to be at the bottom of the hill the second time round - although he reports that some of you mentioned that you had other thoughts as you ran past...
A great event laid on in Londons Victoria park by London Frontrunners - a near record turnout and perfect weather for running in.
