Worthing 10k and Dorking 10 now live

A sunny morning greeted the runners last Sunday on the fast courses of the Worthing 10k and Dorking 10 mile race. Both were organised by local running clubs with each race attracting over 500 runners, it was nice to see lots of familiar faces out there enjoying their running

Next weekend is our local, Mid Sussex Triathlon and for those who enjoy hilly coastal running there's the Seaford Half Marathon (entries close 4th June).

Here's some pictures for you to enjoy, there were quite a few race directors in action at Dorking so make sure you check out their events and add them to your race calendar!
