Folkestone Half and Reading O2O 10k 2012 galleries are live

A quicky update on all the last of the weekends galleries - which the sharp eyed of you will have spotted are live already a few days ago. In all honesty I just didn't want to bombard you with updates every day and normal service will be resumed shortly. It's been a busy week.

If you want super fast updates on galleries going live, you can always follow us on the twitter @uksportphoto or the facebook. I've had some very nice feedback recently (thank you) on this blog saying they enjoy the photos and the photo captions, so I thought I ought to persist... ...here's the latest two gallery links:

Chris and Claire's latest adventure in the commuter belt to the west of the M25, the run that makes Reading look scenic, lush, flat and green, yes - the Reading O2O 10k was last Sunday and went off smoothly and like a well oiled team delivered a very well attended race. Full results and information available via their website here.

Rotarian Ray Johnson and organiser of the Folkestone Half Marathon managed to pull the 7th race together successfully again for over 450 runners on a sunny morning down at the coast. Full results can be found here on the race website and a race report here

The Warmup at the Folkestone Half
Off along the Cliff edge infront of the hotels at the start

Looking out over the view to the sea, keep in a straight line though !

Rounding the corner on the seafront.

Tina, as usually, err, yep - winning.

Rona taking second place with good spirits

A great family effort in at the end

It got a bit busy at some points on the finish

Great running with that hilly finish to the course
