It's a busy race weekend ahead with 4 events - 3 races and one triathlon - being covered on Sunday May the 17th.

Entries for the Main Race are closed - and the start is 10:30am, but there's a Junior Race at 9.15am which you can get your junior ones into.

Three of the team will be there to cover the 1500 runners and hosting the Sussex 10k Championships and the 15th running of the race.

Eg Tri:

Starts at 7am, one of the most popular triathlons in the south with an ever growing number of participants now in its 24th year. It's got a new run course through the town centre so you get to flaunt your stuff to the public eye early on a Sunday morning... We've got a team of two (hopefully one more) to cover the race.

Heros 10k:

If you really want to see something - there's a guiness world record attempt going on here - at Hove Seafront at 11am on Sunday. If you are walking off a hangover you are not going to believe your eyes - Superheros everywhere, and even Fatboy slim ran it a few years ago.
