REP Adur Swim, Arundel Castle 10k, and Reading Triathlon 2015 now live

The REP River Adur Swim getting organised last Saturday
The last of the quiet summer holiday weekends before the kids go back with the Bank Holiday Monday to round things off in style. If you like the rain kind of style that is it for the end of Meteorological Summer. Welcome to Autumn !

Saturday saw the REP River Adur Swim in perfect conditions, with a great team of marshals and crew putting on one of the best river swimming events around.
Sunday saw the Reading triathlon and the Arundel Castle 10k - the only chance you ever get to run through the Castle Keep - because it's usually locked off to the public - again both somehow managed to keep dry and warm in perfect conditions - even after heavy overnight rain the night before.

Onto serious thoughts, we're thinking of the competitors family and our friends at Ocean Lake Triathlon club who we see around at events on a regular basis. It was very sad and tragic news http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-kent-34107335 and I can't begin to emphasise how important correct numbering, accounting for and timing and marshalling is at these sort of events. Please be safe out there everyone, do carry ICE (In Case of Emergency) ID with you - this sort of ID band is typical and simple https://www.onelifeid.com/ especially as the evening and dark running starts in the autumn training.

The gallery links are all listed below for the recent events and the links to events are on the gallery pages below if you are thinking of entering any of them.
