Double thumbs and a smile - what more do you need to remember a great race !

Fast frown face for a furious finish

taste the win

One of those inflatable fancy dress carrying outfits

It all started so well in the square

Then last sunday, in the rain in Hertfordshire for the Herts 10k. Mostly in the dark
ISO 4000-8000, 800th and f3.5 if anyone is interested... aka - dark.

off for the first time on the road between the trees - not in the muddy field for a change !

Karata running

Double thumbs flying eagle pose

Police Traffic directing practice

Running, in boots, with a rucksack. Fairly impressive !

I'm told that wasn't just a dismembered arm he's holding

woo wha for the win

Utter relief at the finish

The happiness and joy of running with friends !

Harpenden Hannah has healthy hands

Don't ever let the rain get you down !
So that's it for this week - we have a few races next weekend - both quite famous - the Cambridge Town and Gown 10k for Muscular Dystrophy - a lovely race with some scenic architecture and views along the way, and also the Abingdon Marathon - which is THE flattest road marathon in the country.

Until next time, stay safe and remember to wear light and reflective stuff and have flashy lights as the nights and evenings draw in...

Anthony
