The Clandon Park 10k and 4k Fun Run race gallery is now online and free to download - available here:

Donations are invited to the Teenage Cancer Trust as a thank you to the organisers for a great race and for the free downloads - over 200 competitors have downloaded theirs already in the first 24hours. Donations from 1p to £100 are all welcome - please get in and show your thanks for a great event.

The Sussex Marathon

The inaugural Sussex Marathon went off well on what someone with 700 marthons under his belt called the most challenging course they have ever done - and he enjoyed it !

The Pictures from the Bournemouth Bay Runs  (Half Marathon, 10k, 5k and junior 1k fun run) will be online on Tuesday.

Start of the 10k got underway smoothly.

Impressions from the Sussex Marathon 

With a winning time of 2:55:42 , going out sub 6 minute miling for the first mile - that would have been  a 2:40 kind of time - so that shows the hills put in 15minutes extra - and that was for the winner.
Note for the newbies - marathons do not have to be flat !
