The Pride Run 10k 2014 and future events

Ah, possibly the last dry sunny day of summer was on Saturday.
I hope you haven't been flooded out in the back of hurricane Bertha, and I feel for everyone involved in Ride London who had to suffer the rather heavy rain on Sunday morning all across London and the Surrey/Sussex areas.

The Pride Run 10k gallery is now live and online:

In what was a perfect day for running between the rain of Friday and Sunday, the Pride Run 10k took place with 785 runners enjoying the 3 lap course of Victoria Park (the one next to the olympic park where Boris caught himself on a zip wire).

Autumn Races
After the photos at the bottom of the post are some half marathon you should consider getting your entries into quickly. Everyone leaves this until schools go back, and inevitably people miss out, because everyone jumps in on the same day and bang - they're gone. So get in just ahead and don't have that panicky moment.

Don't forget if you want to see the general shots and prize shots - search on "misc" or "prize" instead of a race number on the gallery

Right that's about it for this weekend, I hope you all have a great week, on holiday or at work, so until next time, train hard, and don't forget to relax.
